Our Buy-Back Program helps settle all the questions that may arise before you purchase from us, or from any other location. Our buy-Back program is not about refunds. Its purpose to you the purchaser, is to give you options at all times through out the life of your equipment in your new home where your equipment has been placed.
How does that work? When you include products purchased through NewHomeFitness into the cost of your home it saves you money for other things that your life may call for.

  • With a purchase through NHF the buyer has the best life time warranty ever offered to the consumer.
  • Our Buy-Back program will purchase the equipment back from the purchaser depending on the condition of the equipment, and the overall time the equipment has been in the home of the original buyer. NHF reserves the right to make an initial offering to the buyer. Our contracted service man are located all over the country and will gladly come out and do a thorough diagnostic assessment of the equipment to be purchased back by NHF using our patent pending Buy-Back program. Once completed, the service crew will issue the diagnostic information back to our NHF corporate office, using their diagnostic assessments check-list form. Once the info has been assessed by NHF corporate, then NHF will call you (purchaser) with the Buy-Back Transaction Amount being offered. Fees of shipping charge, service fee, along with the removal of equipment and miscellaneous fees will be subtracted from Buy-Back Offer at conclusion of assessments. If agreed upon by purchaser, the transaction will be made in honor of the original purchaser and the NHF Patent Pending business method. Allow two to three weeks for payment to be received after signed and agreed upon transaction of both parties. All units Purchased through NHF will have to be in the home of original purchaser a minimum of (5) years before offer is extended. We offer reasonable exceptions, such as foreclosure, and dissolution of original Owner of equipment which may warrant an immediate Buy-Back offer. Family remaining in home after dissolution of original owner has opt/in-opt/out offer availabe under Buy-Back program specifications. If foreclosure or dissolution constitutes home for sale, removal of equipment from home will take place at no charge. Realtor will notify NHF of change indicating the lack of need for equipment to remain in home unless desired by new buyers.
  • NHF will come and remove equipment using the Buy-Back information we received from the original purchaser, indicating ownership, time and place of purchase and contract agreement indicating cost of the added amenity to the New Home.
